They'll never guess how easy these rich, delectable treats were to make! This no-bake recipe comes together in minutes, featuring an antioxidant-rich boost from Sweet's Syrup and dark chocolate plus filling peanut protein.
You'll need:
- 3 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 4 tbsp Sweet's Elderberry Syrup
- 1 tbsp agave or honey
- a small amount of cocoa powder on a plate
Instructions:
In a small mixing bowl, combine agave and peanut butter, stirring thoroughly until mixed.
In a separate large mixing bowl, blend cocoa powder, elderberry syrup, and the peanut butter/agave mixture from your small bowl.
NOTE: It takes a few minutes for the cocoa powder to absorb liquids. Continue mixing if it seems too wet. Once you have reached the desired dough-like consistency, roll the mixture into balls.
Then roll each ball gently on the plate of cocoa powder to achieve a "dusting".
Store truffles in a lidded container in the fridge.
