Raw Seasonal Honey by Herb's - 16 oz

Raw honey is a kitchen and home apothecary essential.  It pairs beautifully with the signature spice blend in Sweet’s DIY Syrup Kit.

Herb's Honey is seasonally harvested, raw, unpasteurized, and free of any additives or preservatives.  Raw honey should not be served to children under one year of age.  Pregnant women should consult their doctors.

HONEY VARIETALS:

EARLY SPRING: Carolina Blonde by Herb’s Honey contains the year’s first honey flow, collected in February and March. Its color and sweetness are both very light.

LATE SPRING: Queen City Gold by Herb’s Honey is collected from March to early May and bottled in Charlotte, NC. This variety has a fruity, sweet flavor.

SUMMER: South End by Herb’s Honey is a summer extraction, harvested in May and June. It’s darker in color, with a smooth and buttery old-fashioned taste. 

FALL: Herb’s Pride by Herb’s Honey is the last harvest of the year, gathered from hives from August to October. Bronze-colored with a strong, sweet, fantastically robust flavor, it lends a special richness.
