Ingredients:
0.5 oz Sweet's Elderberry Shrub
0.5 oz house lemongrass tonic
1 oz Bulrush London Dry gin (or NA alternative)
4-5 hibiscus + clove ice cubes
Instructions:
Combine ingredients with ice, shake and strain. Serve over hibiscus & clove ice cubes, garnish with a local edible flower and enjoy!
