😎What does that SPF number mean anyway?
Consider the time YOU would normally burn in the sun WITHOUT protection. Usually, around 20 minutes will produce redness on a light-colored skin; while darkest tones will begin to sustain damage around 75-90 minutes.
Multiply this number by the SPF of your product.
EXAMPLE: An SPF 15 product x 20 minutes of sun time = 300. This is how many minutes you can stay in the sun without burning IF you have applied the product correctly.
REMEMBER: Re-apply after swimming, serious sweating or toweling off, regardless of the time you've calculated!
